What's the status of my order?
Most of our personalized products take 3-20 business days to craft. Orders under "Flash Sale" ship within 24 hours. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is ready. If you have a specific need-by date, please email us to inquire about rushing your order.
Where's my order confirmation?
Please check your email inbox or spam folder. If you opted for SMS, check your messages there. Order confirmations are sent almost immediately after your order is received. Keep in mind that if you've unsubscribed from our emails and SMS, you won't receive further order updates.
Can you expedite my shipping?
Yes, we can! Just provide us with a realistic deadline, and we'll be happy to expedite your order.
How can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order and issue a refund quickly, unless production has already started. Our team puts a lot of effort into custom pieces (like CAD designs and molds), so cancellations are only possible before production begins.
What's your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for all regular orders within 14 days. However, all sales are final for custom-made orders, fine jewelry (real gold), name jewelry, Flash Sale/Clearance items, and all made-to-order pieces. To start a return or exchange, please email us a clear photo of the item(s).
Do you offer repairs?
Yes! We offer free repairs, re-plating, professional cleaning, stone resetting, and more.
Can I visit your store in New York?
We don't have a physical store for visits. Please schedule a virtual appointment with our diamond experts instead.
I ordered an incorrect ring size; can you resize it?
Yes, we can resize your ring depending on its design.
I ordered a silver ring with black/gold overlay; will the plating come off?
Gold or black plating is a temporary finish, and how long it lasts depends on the wearer. To avoid the plating coming off, we highly recommend upgrading to solid gold or purchasing silver without any overlay.
