HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
All orders under the "Gifts Ready To Ship" collection that were placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day or within 24-48 hours. Weekends and non-working US holidays are not included. All skull rings, personalized items, and most jewelry will require 3-20 business days to handcraft depending on how intricate the design (usually done sooner). If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at support@evaninaomijewelry.com
Our in-stock rings (selected products only) are typically handcrafted in a size 6 with natural diamonds, should you require a different size and other stone type, please allow 3-20 business days for our resizing process, which can vary based on the size request. All natural diamonds, lab-grown and certified moissanite with carat higher than .40 will include a certificate of authenticity.
Please note that all orders placed during the holiday season make incur longer production times. We are not liable for any shipping delays via FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
