Our Stone Collections

NATURAL DIAMONDS

  • Description: Formed over billions of years deep within the Earth, these are the hardest natural substances. "Diamond is Forever" for a reason!
  • Certifications: Guaranteed and certified. Clear stones over 0.50 ct come with a GIA certificate. Black diamonds do not come with a certificate.
  • Passes Diamond Test: Heck YES!
  • Stone Comparison: Natural Diamonds

CVD DIAMONDS (Chemical Vapor Deposition Lab-Grown)

  • Description: Authentic diamonds grown in a controlled laboratory setting. They possess the exact same physical and chemical makeup as mined diamonds, composed of pure crystalline carbon. Our unique CVD process ensures they look precisely like natural diamonds.
  • Passes Diamond Test: Yes. (Confidently passes the diamond test.)
  • Certifications: Yes. Stones 0.50 ct and up come with a certificate of authenticity.
  • Stone Comparison: A top-tier quality lab-grown diamond. Available for stone upgrades at a premium cost.

HPHT DIAMONDS (High Pressure High Temperature Lab-Grown)

  • Description: Genuine lab-grown diamonds created by replicating Earth's extreme conditions. A small diamond seed is subjected to immense heat (up to 1600°C) and pressure (over 870,000 psi), bonding carbon atoms to form a larger diamond crystal. While typically yellow or brown, they can also be colorless. Highly durable and virtually indistinguishable from mined diamonds in physical, chemical, and optical properties.
  • Passes Diamond Test: Yes.
  • Certifications: Yes. Stones 0.50 ct and up come with an IGI certificate.
  • Stone Comparison: A top-tier quality lab-grown diamond.

CERTIFIED MOISSANITE

  • Description: Near-colorless gemstone composed of lab-grown silicon carbide, a naturally rare mineral. Moissanite often exhibits more fire (rainbow flashes) than diamonds due to its unique refractive index (2.65 vs. diamond's 2.42), making it incredibly brilliant. With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it's highly durable for daily wear, surpassing sapphire, ruby, or emerald in toughness. Graded for D-F color with VS1 Clarity and comes with a certificate from the Global Gemstone Research Association (GRA), which includes a unique girdle code. Please be aware that while GRA provides detailed grading reports for Moissanite, it is not an internationally recognized gemological authority like GIA or IGI.
  • Passes Diamond Test: Yes, often on common handheld diamond testers. Note: Moissanite's unique thermal and electrical properties mean it will often test positive on common handheld diamond testers. However, these testers primarily identify based on thermal or basic electrical conductivity. A local jeweler using more advanced equipment designed for natural diamond identification (which analyzes carbon structure and specific electrical conductivity) may differentiate it from a diamond. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone, not a diamond.
  • Certified: Yes. Stones 0.50 ct and up come with a certificate of authenticity from GRA (except for custom-cut shapes like coffin, kite, hexagon, etc., where certificates are available upon request before shipping).
  • Stone Comparison: Recognized as a durable, brilliant gemstone that serves as an excellent diamond alternative.

EVN GEMSTONE SERIES

  • Description: Designed to offer a captivating brilliance, emulating the aesthetic of a diamond. While some EVN stones may register as diamonds on common handheld diamond testers, this is due to their thermal properties and does not mean they are natural diamonds.
  • Please note that older series of EVN Gemstones may vary in composition and may not consistently pass all types of diamond tests. Regardless, every EVN Gemstone provides exceptional sparkle and beauty as a diamond alternative.
  • Certifications: Ships without a certificate.

SIMULATED DIAMONDS

  • Description: Meticulously crafted in a lab, these stunning stones boast an exceptional cut, maximizing their sparkle and fire. Crafted from high-quality materials and polished with the same diamond polishing wheels used for natural diamonds. Our older stones, which were previously called Created Diamonds, are also diamond simulants and will not pass a diamond test.
  • Passes Diamond Test: No.
  • Certifications: No. (These are diamond imitators.)
  • Stone Comparison: More like high-quality sapphire but better.

EVN DIAMOND ALTERNATIVE

  • Description: Beautiful, high-quality diamond imitators made from zirconium dioxide. They boast fine color, no color mixing, and superb cuts, sparkling like mined diamonds.
  • Passes Diamond Test: No.
  • Certifications: No. (These are diamond imitators.)
  • Stone Comparison: More like high-quality sapphire but better.
