At Evani Naomi Jewelry, we value your peace of mind and proudly stand behind the quality of our products. All our jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day your original order is received.

Free One-Year Warranty Terms

Our free warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental breakage or issues beyond normal wear and tear. For more extensive coverage, you can purchase our premium warranty. Contact our team to inquire about it.

Please note the following conditions for warranty services:

• Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all back-and-forth shipping fees.
• Return Instructions: You must contact one of our team members for return shipping instructions before sending items back.
• Secure Packing: Customers must ensure items are safely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Lost/Stolen Items: Evani Naomi Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during return shipment.
• Tracking Required: When sending items back, you must use a shipping method that includes tracking. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
• Non-Refundable Costs: The warranty does not cover refunds on shipping fees, the items themselves, or customs taxes, if any.
• Missing Stones: Replacing missing stones beyond 14 days from the original delivery will be quoted based on the total carat.
• Loose Stones/Damaged Prongs: Resetting loose stones due to broken or bent prongs will be quoted based on the actual condition of your jewelry.
• Voided Warranty: Evani Naomi Jewelry reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.
• Re-Plating: The warranty covers free re-plating for the first 3 months from the delivery date. Re-plating after 3 months will be quoted. Pieces past our warranty period can no longer be re-plated, though remaking your piece may be an option, subject to quotation.
• Voided Aftercare Services: If you receive a partial refund or choose to keep a product in exchange for a full refund, all free aftercare services will be voided.
• Repair/Replacement Limits: To maintain policy integrity and prevent abuse, repairs or replacements are strictly limited.
• Service Time: After-sales services can take up to 20 business days.

Lifetime Professional Diamond Service

When you purchase an engagement ring from us, you become a valued member of the Evani Naomi Jewelry family. We pride ourselves on providing continuous premium service even after your warranty expires, including:

• Care and repair
• Complimentary ring polishing
• Full lifetime diamond service
• Plating maintenance (depending on the intricacy of the design)

While we offer a full-year warranty (which means fixing rings when needed), we cannot control how rings are treated. Therefore, we cannot guarantee how long rings will stay clean, how long black and rhodium plating will last, or if they ever break. We stand by our lifetime professional service. If you ever need your ring professionally polished or refinished, please let us know.
